So, as of right now, I'm suffering from some kind of stupid sickness and I can't stand it! I hate being sick and not being able to do anything....Excpet eat and sleep. It's killing me to take it easy as I'm the type of person always on the move and always doing something, but oh well, I guess my body just needs the break. Right now, I'm scarfing down a bowl of miso soup in weather that is clearly not soup weather and I'm literally sweating just eating it, but I think it will do my body some good. I haven't told anyone yet, but I adopted a vegan lifestyle and have been enjoying life and eating sooooo many types of foods and it feels great. I am seeing a nutritionist and working on different methods of getting my protein recommendations, but its far easier than you'd think. It's awesome and I love it and what its doing for the animals, the environment, and myself.
